Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Swim Manager to lead our swimming facilities and programs. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest services, and maintaining high safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering memorable experiences for all swimmers.
Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the swimming pool facilities, including staffing, scheduling, and maintenance.
- Lead and motivate a team of lifeguards, instructors, and support staff to deliver outstanding guest services.
- Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed, including emergency procedures and pool safety regulations.
- Coordinate swimming lessons, training sessions, and community programs to maximize participation.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene standards, and equipment functionality across all pool areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to foster a welcoming environment.
- Monitor facility performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven management experience within leisure, hospitality, or a related customer-focused environment.
- Strong background in guest services with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to aquatic facilities.
- Ability to lead and develop a diverse team effectively.
- Experience organizing recreational programs or lessons is preferred but not essential.
