Are you ready to be part of one of the fastest-growing tech teams in European fitness? At Basic-Fit, our Salesforce team is expanding — and we're looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer who's eager to grow, take ownership, and make a real impact.
You'll join a collaborative development team responsible for the entire Basic-Fit Salesforce ecosystem — spanning Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Heroku, and MuleSoft — while also getting exposure to custom web development in NodeJS and React. You'll translate business needs into smart Salesforce solutions, support end users, and play a key role in shaping how we work across departments. Whether you're resolving issues, building new functionality, or training colleagues, no two days look the same.
Your Responsibilities
Who Are You?
You're a quick learner with a can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy both the technical side of things and the human side — helping users, solving problems, and picking up new tools quickly. You're not afraid to take ownership and are always looking for ways to grow.
We're also looking for someone who is:
- In possession of at least 1 year of hands-on Salesforce experience (or experience with a comparable platform).
- Comfortable working across multiple applications with minimal onboarding time.
- Experienced in providing application support to end users in a service-oriented setting.
- Proactive, positive, and genuinely excited about taking on new responsibilities.
Nice to have:
- Experience with low-code/no-code or declarative tools (click-to-configure).
- Exposure to UI-based configuration or interface setup tools.
- Knowledge of an additional European language — Dutch, German, French, or Spanish is a strong plus.
