We'relooking for a strategic HR Specialist to drive learning and talent development across Basic-Fit. In this role,you'llbe at the intersection of employee growth and organizational capability, ensuring our people have the tools, processes, and development opportunities they need to thrive.
You'llown key talent products and learning platforms while leading transformational projects that strengthen our leadership pipeline. This role requires someone who can work autonomously, formulatenew approaches, and drive implementation with minimal oversight.
Talent Management
You will maintain, optimize, and evolve our core talent products — including the performance cycle, talent review process, and talent card. Working autonomously within defined objectives, you partner closely with business leaders to ensure talent processes are fit-for-purpose and drive meaningful conversations about development and performance. By analyzing talent data, you proactively identify trends, gaps, and opportunities and translate these into concrete improvements.
Formulate new approaches to talent processes with a time horizon of less than one year
Monitor plan realization regularly and make decisions about implementation approaches
Provide proactive recommendations for talent process improvements
Learning & Development
You own the operational strategy for our learning platforms (LinkedIn Learning and GoodHabitz) and assess learning needs across the organization, translating them into actionable development solutions. You design new learning initiatives and frameworks, monitor learning metrics and ROI, and introduce new methodologies to enhance employee development.
A key focus area is leading our middle manager enablement initiative — developing clear job profiles and designing a skills-based curriculum that builds management capability.
Define the strategic framework and learning pathways
Co-define objectives with management and monitor progress
Collaborate with content creation colleagues on material development
Who Are You?
You're a hands-on HR professional who combines strategic thinking with a drive to get things done. You thrive in ambiguous environments, create structure where none exists, and are energized by seeing initiatives through from idea to impact. You're curious, collaborative, and not afraid to challenge the status quo — you take ownership, make decisions, and keep moving forward.
Additionally, we're looking for someone who has:
3–5 years of experience in HR, with demonstrable expertise in learning and talent management
Proven track record of managing and improving talent processes such as performance management
Experience formulating new approaches and implementing them successfully
Experience with learning management systems and digital learning platforms
Understanding of competency frameworks, skills development, and curriculum design principles
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — able to adapt style from frontline managers to tactical leadership
Excellent project management skills — able to manage multiple priorities and deliver autonomously
A consultative mindset: translates business needs into concrete HR deliverables
