That's where you come in. As our Business Solutions Engineer, you'll design and build internal business systems end-to-end: workflow-driven applications, smart interfaces, and data models that help teams work faster and rely less on manual work. This isn't a simple automation role. You'll work closely with stakeholders, get to the root of how processes really work, and build solutions that are reliable, secure, and production-ready.
Our team moves with the speed and ownership of a scale-up — you won't be waiting for perfect requirements or spending months in theory. You'll go from first idea to live solution, and you'll own the whole journey.
Your Responsibilities
Translate & design: Turn business needs and process challenges into clear, structured system designs.
Build end-to-end: Develop internal tools and workflow-driven applications using low-code platforms, front-end tooling, Postgres, and AI-supported development tools (including Claude Code).
Work close to the business: Engage directly with stakeholders to understand processes, challenge assumptions, and improve ways of working.
Model data well: Design Postgres data models that fit both the process and the people using the system.
Write solid SQL & JS: Use SQL to structure and work with data effectively; use JavaScript where needed to extend or support solutions.
Think beyond the happy path: Build in permissions, validation, auditability, error handling, and edge cases from the start.
Iterate fast: Respond quickly to feedback and evolving business needs.
Own it: Take full ownership from concept to live, reliable solution.
Who Are You?
You're a builder. You get energy from understanding how things work, spotting what's slowing a process down, and turning that into something practical that people can rely on. You're comfortable with ambiguity, confident working directly with stakeholders, and you know how to balance speed with quality.
You'll thrive here if most of this sounds familiar:
Experience delivering internal tools or business systems end-to-end, including workflow-heavy applications.
Hands-on experience with low-code or no-code platforms.
Confidence with Postgres (or another relational database) and solid SQL knowledge.
Working knowledge of JavaScript.
Understanding of APIs, integrations, and backend workflows.
Ability to break down messy business processes into structured, workable solutions.
Awareness of security, permissions, maintainability, and performance — not as an afterthought, but from the start.
Practical mindset: you move fast without losing structure.
