We are recruiting for an exciting Multi-Site Sales Manager position with a fast-growing, industry-leading gym brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee multiple clubs, support high-performing teams, and play a pivotal role in driving commercial success across a growing portfolio.
As Multi-Site Sales Manager, you’ll lead the sales strategy, performance, and culture across several locations, ensuring each club delivers an exceptional member experience and consistently achieves sales and revenue targets.
Driving sales performance, ensuring each club hits membership and revenue targets through strong team leadership, effective processes, and localised marketing strategies.
Training, motivating, and developing sales teams across sites, ensuring they hit targets and uphold the highest operational, service, and brand standards.
This role would suit a strong, confident salesperson or sales leader—fitness industry experience is welcome but not essential. We’re looking for someone who is:
Driven, motivated, and commercially minded, with the ability to deliver results across multiple locations.
Confident and personable, able to build strong relationships with members, colleagues, local organisations, and community partners.
Organised and calm under pressure, with the ability to prioritise effectively, manage competing demands, and support multiple teams simultaneously.
