About the Role

We are looking for exceptional Strength & Conditioning Coaches with strong technical ability and a passion for delivering highquality group coaching. You’ll lead structured, progressive 12week training cycles built around barbell work, cable systems, mobility, potentiation, accessories, and bodybuildinginfluenced strength development.

Your coaching will be grounded in a strong understanding of anatomy & physiology, movement mechanics, and intelligent program design. You’ll help members build confidence under the bar, move better, and train with purpose.

What You’ll Deliver

Highenergy group S&C sessions with a strong technical focus

Coaching across barbell lifts, cable systems, accessory work, and mobility

Clear, personalised cueing and progression pathways

Delivery of structured 12week progressive training blocks

Intelligent warmups including mobility and potentiation phases

Support for members across strength, hypertrophy, and movement quality goals

A premium coaching experience that blends performance and community

What We’re Looking For

Strong technical coaching ability across barbell and cablebased movements

Experience delivering group S&C or smallgroup PT

Confident programming skills, ideally with experience writing progressive blocks

Understanding of anatomy & physiology, biomechanics, and movement quality

Ability to coach mixedability groups while maintaininghigh standards

A passion for helping people train with purpose, confidence, and consistency
