The women's club and its facilities
The Sporti Sayedat facility is a full-size, women-only club rather than a small studio. There is an assessment room, a strength and cardio floor, and functional and group-exercise studios covering multipurpose work, cycling and boxing. The gym carries barbells, dumbbells, racks and benches, so you can programme properly for a first-time lifter or a competitive one. The group-exercise studio runs more than 20 sessions a week.
The gym has a girls' area called Sabaya which is part of the offering too. If you have a background in gymnastics, PA or enjoy working with kids, this is your opportunity.
Sporti runs separate clubs for men, women, boys and girls, and Sayedat is the women's one.
What the job involves
A Fitness Trainer at Sporti Sayedat delivers personal training as the core of the job. That means structured body-transformation programming, assessments and progress tracking. You adjust each programme around the member's goals, fitness level, movement quality and lifestyle. You report to the Fitness Manager, and you teach group exercise where you are qualified for it. The job is commercial as well as technical, so you carry personal-training sales and retention targets.
What does this Fitness Trainer job pay?
This Fitness Trainer job at Sporti Sayedat pays a SAR 4,000 monthly base plus commission on the personal training you sell and deliver. The commission is tiered and rewards hitting and beating your monthly target, and there is a further bonus tied to member retention. Saudi Arabia has no personal income tax, so none of it is taxed at source. Your accommodation is covered as well, so housing is not coming out of what you earn.
Are visa sponsorship and accommodation included?
Sporti Sayedat provides visa sponsorship and accommodation. The club sponsors every hire and handles the Saudi visa process. It also provides shared, furnished accommodation about three minutes away by car. If you are moving to the Kingdom for the job, a flight from your home country is provided for candidates who meet the standard.
What insurance and annual leave do you get?
Sporti Sayedat provides medical insurance at the Saudi standard, and annual leave is 30 days a year. That is above the Saudi statutory minimum.

Sporti Sayedat needs a Fitness Trainer who brings:
- Fluent Arabic, with strong English on top preferred
- Proven experience as a fitness trainer or personal trainer, ideally in the Saudi or wider GCC market
- Sound knowledge of strength training, fat loss, body recomposition and lifestyle coaching
- The ability to design a structured programme, run an assessment and track progress
- Good energy, an outgoing manner and an appetite to keep learning
Group exercise is a bonus, whether that is functional training, HIIT, strength classes or Les Mills. So is a track record of transformation results and of hitting targets.

Hours, location and the other things to know before you apply
- The job is female-only, because Sporti Sayedat is a women-only club
- It is based in Al Khobar, in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province, so you need to want to be there or be willing to move
- The pattern is six days a week on 8-hour shifts, flexible to the club's needs. The club currently opens from 6am to midnight on weekdays (Sunday to Thursday), and 2pm to 10pm on Fridays
- Transport to and from work is your own arrangement, even over the short distance from the accommodation
