Third Space Battersea is expanding with a new performance-focused space featuring four dedicated areas designed to enhance training and recovery:
Reformer Pilates Studio – A premium studio equipped with state-of-the-art reformers, focused on strength, control, alignment and low-impact, high-intensity training.
Strength & Conditioning Studio – A purpose-built strength training space featuring squat racks, cable stations and progressive, functional training concepts to help members build strength effectively.
Together, these additions will provide members with more opportunities to train, recover and improve performance within a comprehensive fitness and wellness environment.
We are introducing our Reformer Pilates offering at Third Space Battersea. This concept delivers intelligent, high‑quality Pilates in a premium studio environment, designed to challenge, educate and inspire our members while staying true to Third Space standards.
Our instructors are the heartbeat of Group Exercise. As a Lead Instructor, your energy, expertise and presence will extend far beyond the studio, shaping the Reformer Pilates experience and contributing to the wider Group Exercise vision across the brand.
We are looking for a Lead Reformer Pilates Instructor to own and lead all aspects of our Reformer Pilates offering. This is a highly visible role for a confident, charismatic instructor who will become a familiar face within the club, working closely with the Group Exercise Manager and Master Trainer as an ambassador for our industry‑leading Group Exercise programme.
This role plays a key part in the ongoing success of Reformer Pilates at Third Space, with involvement not only in teaching but also providing the best classes for our members, building and promoting our Reformer Pilates community. You’ll contribute to the wider club and help shape how Pilates is experienced across the club.
The role is employed, 32 hours per week, split into 20 hours of teaching predominantly mat and equipment Pilates classes (based in Battersea) and 12 hours of Group Exercise operational duties. There is also the opportunity to teach across additional concepts alongside this role.
You’ll bring inspiration, enthusiasm and showmanship to your classes, while balancing this with exceptional attention to detail, preparation and precision to deliver a consistently outstanding member experience.
