This IsWhat Your Role Looks Like
As anArchitectural Engineer (Preparation and Development),you’llhelp define how every future Basic-Fit club is designed and built.You’llwork on new concepts, club layouts, technicalstandardsand construction methods while collaborating with colleagues across all Basic-Fit markets in Europe.
This is an opportunity to combine architecture,engineeringand innovation in an international environment where your ideas will have a direct impact on hundreds of projects.
As part of the Preparation and Development team,you’llbe responsible forthe technical preparation of new clubs, rebuilds, acquisitions and concept developments.You’lltransform ideas into practical, buildable solutions while ensuring every project meets the Basic-Fit standards for quality,functionalityand member experience.
Working closely with Project Managers, BIM Engineers, ConceptDevelopersand external consultants,you’llhelp create efficient,sustainableand future-proof fitness clubs that can be successfully delivered across Europe.
Design & Technical Development
Advise onconstruction methods, building materials, finishes,acousticsand technical building systems.

During your first year, you will:

What you can expect from us:

Salary:A monthly gross salary between €3.500 and €5.250 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience and background.
