As a Duty Manager you will
Ensure the highest possible standards of health & safety and customer care within the centre.
Prioritise member satisfaction, engage with our members, building strong relationships.
Be able to communicate at different levels of the organisation.
*To develop and promote exciting, innovative leisure programmes to help to increase the usage and profitability of the centre.
*Conduct tours for prospective members
*Be able to perform Lifeguard duties when required.
The candidate
It will be desirable that the post holder has a recognised qualification in Leisure Management, Sports Development or related subject.
