We are looking for a Membership Administrator who will accurately service our extensive membership base and provide excellent customer service to colleagues across our business and our customers.

How will you help your community?
- Process membership instructions, changes, and cancellations accurately and on time each month, helping maintain the integrity of our Direct Debit income.
- Keep all membership process documentation clear, up to date and align with our service standards.
- Respond promptly to customer and centre queries, providing helpful support across all areas of membership and administration.
- Offer guidance and training to centre colleagues to help them follow membership processes confidently.
- Use our membership systems, including MRM+2, Join@Home, Helpdesk, our website, and the Everyone Active app, while supporting data cleansing and improvements to new processes and technology.
What do you need?
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with experience of MRM+2 an advantage.
- Effective communication skills with good time management and attention to detail.
- Customer service experience, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Able to work well as part of a team, while also using your own initiative and taking a flexible approach to tasks.
- Comfortable learning independently and applying problem‑solving skills in day‑to‑day work
