Summary
We are seeking a motivated Membership Consultant to join our team in Daventry. Based in our local centre, you will play a key role in engaging with potential members and promoting our services to support our mission of fostering active lifestyles within the community.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective members through B2B sales and telemarketing efforts.
- Promote membership packages and programs to individuals and organizations.
- Utilize Salesforce and CRM software to manage member information and sales pipelines.
- Develop strong relationships with community partners to expand outreach.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve membership growth targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our facilities, programs, and promotional offers.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Passion for health, fitness, or community engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in leisure or sports industry is advantageous.
