We are now seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and high-performingClub Managerto lead our Chancery Lane club and elevate it to the next level.
The Role
This is ahands-on, sales-driven leadership positionwhere you will take full ownership of the club’s performance, environment, and member experience.
As Club Manager, you will set the standard — leading from the front, driving results, and ensuring excellence across every aspect of the business.
This role is ideal for someone who naturally operates withhigh personal standards, strong attention to detail, and takes genuine pride in creating an outstanding environment, while thriving in a fast-paced, people-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities
Drivemembership sales, revenue, and retention
Oversee theday-to-day operationsof the club
Maintain exceptional standards ofcleanliness, presentation, and maintenance
Take full ownership of theclub environment and member experience
Recruit, train, and develop ahigh-performing team
Deliver a consistentlyoutstanding member journey
MonitorKPIs, performance metrics, and business targets
Build strong relationships withmembers, local businesses, and the community
Executelocal marketing and outreach initiatives
Managestaffing, rotas, and team performance
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in amanagement role(fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred)
A naturalhigh standards-setterwith exceptional attention to detail
Strong track record ofdriving sales and achieving targets
Excellentleadership and team development skills
Confident communicator with strongrelationship-building ability
Comfortable engaging withmembers, businesses, and the local community
Highly organised, proactive, andresults-driven
