Junior MSK Physiotherapist / Pilates Instructor
Full-Time | Multidisciplinary Clinic | £37,000–£42,000 DOE
Are you a newly qualified physiotherapist looking for the right environment to start your career?
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Junior Physiotherapist to join our friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team. This is an opportunity to grow your confidence as a clinician, develop strong rehabilitation skills, and train in APPI Reformer Pilates within our fully equipped Pilates studio and gym.
We believe early career support matters. You won’t be left to “figure it out” alone — you’ll be mentored, encouraged, and developed.
About the Role
This is a varied, movement-focused role combining:
- MSK physiotherapy assessment and treatment
- Exercise-based rehabilitation within our gym space
- Collaborative working alongside a multidisciplinary team
- A structured pathway to train in APPI Reformer Pilates
- The opportunity to deliver both 1:1 and small group sessions over time
You’ll work with a broad mix of clients — from post-operative rehab to active individuals wanting to return to sport, improve strength, or move with more confidence.
What Makes This Role Different?
We’re not a high-volume clinic. We prioritise:
- Time to think and reason clinically
- Individualised rehabilitation programmes
- Long-term outcomes
- Building strong therapist–client relationships
You’ll have space to develop your own clinical style, while being supported every step of the way.
What We Offer
- Salary £37,000–£42,000 depending on experience
- Structured mentorship and regular clinical supervision
- Funded CPD and in-house development sessions
- APPI Reformer Pilates training pathway
- Access to a fully equipped gym and dedicated Pilates studio
- A genuinely supportive team culture
- Clear progression opportunities as you grow
We are passionate about building confident, well-rounded clinicians — not just filling appointment slots.
About You
You might be newly qualified or in your first year or two of practice. Most importantly, you:
- Are HCPC registered
- Have a strong interest in MSK physiotherapy and rehabilitation
- Enjoy exercise-based therapy
- Communicate well and build rapport easily
- Are curious, proactive, and open to learning
- Want to be part of a team rather than working in isolation
An interest in Pilates, sport, or strength & conditioning would be a bonus — but we are happy to train the right person.
Who This Role Would Suit
This role would be ideal for someone who:
- Wants mentorship and guidance early in their career
- Is excited by movement-based rehab
- Enjoys working in a gym and studio environment
- Sees physiotherapy as more than just hands-on treatment
How to Apply
If this sounds like the kind of environment you’d like to grow in, we’d love to hear from you.
Please send your CV along with a short covering letter telling us:
- Why this role appeals to you
- What you’re hoping for in your next position
- Where you see your development heading over the next few years
We’re excited to meet the right person and welcome them into the BLH team.
