The Opportunity
This role combines senior product leadership with real commercial ownership.
You will operate as a Product Director and portfolio GM, responsible for shaping product strategy while also generating meaningful market traction in the UK.
Roughly half the role focuses on building and adapting AI products for the UK market, and half on taking those products to customers - identifying opportunities, validating demand, and building a pipeline.
This is not a sales role. It is a product leadership role for someone who has successfully taken enterprise products to market and is comfortable operating commercially with senior stakeholders.
Success in the first months will be measured by:
- Understanding the existing product suite and technical stack
- Engaging directly with prospective UK customers
- Generating early traction and pipeline
- Identifying product-market fit opportunities in the UK
The Role
You will own outcomes across both product strategy and commercial success for a portfolio of enterprise AI products.
Key elements include:
- Owning GM-level outcomes: strategy, pipeline, adoption, and growth
- Setting product direction based on customer problems, market signals, and ROI
- Leading discovery with senior enterprise stakeholders
- Presenting solutions and shaping value propositions
- Driving localisation of existing products for the UK market
- Identifying opportunities to build new products where required
- Leading execution with engineering, data science, and design teams
- Creating tight feedback loops between market learning and product decisions
The current product suite includes multiple AI-driven enterprise applications focused on areas such as operations, workforce optimisation, forecasting, and commercial performance.
You will initially operate as an individual contributor reporting into the Chief Product Officer, with the opportunity to build a team as the UK business scales.

- 8+ years in product management or product leadership
- Experience owning portfolio-level outcomes or business lines
- A track record of taking enterprise B2B products to market
- Experience working directly with customers to shape propositions and deals
- Strong understanding of SaaS, data platforms, or AI-driven products
- Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and running executive conversations
- Experience balancing discovery, delivery, and commercial impact
This role is best suited to product leaders who have gone beyond roadmap ownership and have actively shaped commercial outcomes.
Consumer product backgrounds are unlikely to be a fit unless accompanied by significant enterprise commercial exposure.
