We are currently hiring a Reformer Pilates Instructor to deliver high-quality, engaging reformer classes.
Location: Nine Elms, Near Battersea Power Station
Contract: Freelance/Part-Time
Salary: From £25/Hour Depending On Experience
Contract: From 3 Months, Continuation Can BE Discussed Post Time Frame
Role Overview
We’re looking for a confident and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to deliver high-quality, engaging group classes.As part of our team, you’ll contribute to a positive studio culture and provide an exceptional client experience every time you step into the room.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach scheduled reformer classes to a high professional standard
- Provide clear cueing, hands-on corrections (where appropriate), and modifications
- Ensure safe use of equipment at all times
- Create engaging, structured, and progressive class flows
- Support clients of varying ability levels
- Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment standards
- Arrive prepared, punctual, and professionally presented
- Contribute positively to studio culture and community
Skills / Requirements
- Certified Reformer Pilates qualification
- Strong understanding of anatomy and injury modification
- Confident cueing and class control
- Ability to manage group classes safely
- Warm, professional, fun and approachable demeanour
- Reliable and organised
- Passion for helping clients progress and feel supported
Preferred (But Not Essential)
- 1+ years teaching experience
- Experience working in a boutique studio setting
- Ability to teach beginner and intermediate levels
