Join the innovative team at The F.I.T Partnership in Esher, Surrey. We are looking for a Pilates Instructor who is looking to expand their expertise in our studio offering Pilates to our members. We are looking for someone who is passionate about holistic wellness and ready to grow with an expanding brand.
The F.I.T Partnership is not a typical fitness studio. We combine cutting-edge technology with expert coaching to help members achieve optimal health and well-being in less time. Our services include Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Compression Boots, Vaspar and Balkan machines, and now Pilates-based classes as well as personalised training programmes.
The Role
This is an employed (Part-time) role, where you will be a key member of our wellness team, helping clients reach their goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Pilates in-house classes
- Leading group Pilates sessions mat-based and reformer and potentially one to one's.
- Providing a warm welcome and ensuring an exceptional studio experience for every client.
- Negotiable hours, with x2 Evenings a week & x1 Weekend day
Requirements
- Passion for Pilates and holistic fitness.
- Experience working within a team environment
- Recognised Pilates qualification mat and reformer
- Previous experience in Pilates instruction.
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people feel and perform their best.
- Strong personal presentation and professionalism.
- Love of learning and openness to ongoing training in advanced wellness technologies.
- Ideally lives within 30 minutes of Esher, Surrey.
