We are seeking a compassionate and certified Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates Instructor to join our women’s-only studio.
The ideal candidate is nurturing, knowledgeable, and experienced in guiding women safely and effectively through all stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery using Pilates principles. You’ll lead thoughtful, empowering sessions tailored to the unique needs of prenatal and postnatal clients while creating a warm, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Teach safe and engaging prenatal and postnatal Pilates classes (mat and/or reformer-based) to small groups
Provide evidence-based modifications and progressions to support clients at different stages of pregnancy and recovery
Monitor form and ensure exercises are performed safely and with proper technique
Build confidence and body awareness through mindful movement
Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and judgment-free class culture
Keep the studio tidy and uphold health and safety standards
Embody and promote our studio’s mission of female empowerment and holistic wellness

Requirements:

Certification in Pilates with a focus on prenatal and postnatal training (e.g., Pre/Postnatal Pilates, or equivalent)
Proven experience working with pregnant and postpartum clients (minimum 6 months preferred)
Warm, empathetic, and supportive teaching style
Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong communication skills
Committed to helping women feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies

Preferred:

First Aid/CPR certification
Additional training in pelvic floor health or women’s wellness
Knowledge of diastasis recti-safe movements and recovery protocols
