At Swole Gym, the gym assistant's primary role is to support the smooth operation of a gym facility and provide excellent customer service. This includes assisting members with equipment usage, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and handling inquiries. Additionally, they may be involved in promoting the gym's services and activities, and responding to emergencies.
Typical duties will include:
- Welcoming and assisting members
- Handling enquiries
- Promoting and selling gym services
- Maintain a positive environment
- Ensuring gym cleanliness
- Monitoring equipment
- Health and safety
- Follow safety protocols
- Support fitness/personal trainers
- Maintain a safe environment
- Possibility to run their own group fitness classes (qualifications required)
