Summary
We are seeking a motivated Membership Representative to join our team in the UK. This role is vital in promoting our mission by engaging with potential members and encouraging them to participate in our diverse range of activities. As a Membership Representative, you will play a key role in enhancing our community's health and fitness journey.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential members to promote our services and facilities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing members.
- Conduct outreach initiatives to increase membership enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to develop promotional strategies.
- Analyze membership trends and report findings to management.
- Assist in organizing community events that promote physical activity.
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages participation.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or customer service roles.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing membership trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Passion for fitness and promoting healthy lifestyles.
