🤓 **YOUR ROLE**

As GM, you’ll run our original site and lead both FOH & BOH. With a second site on the horizon, and further expansion plans, there’ll be future opportunities to grow with us as we expand.

This Is a Hands-on Leadership Role Where You’ll

Lead and develop a high-performing team
Spot opportunities to better our commercials, service and team - and act on them
Own key metrics like labour %, spend per head & COGS and motivate our team to help us achieve them
Foster an environment where genuine guest connections are made

GM or Assistant Manager experience in a fast-paced restaurant
Strong people leadership + commercial mindset
Confidence with KPIs, P&L, labour & cost control
Calm under pressure, proactive and people-first
