Reign Studios is a luxury boutique Pilates and fitness studio, offering dynamic and intelligent movement for those who value quality, community, and wellness. We’re on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Pilates instructor with strong leadership skills to help manage our day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional client experiences.
The Role
This role, combines high-quality instruction with operational studio management. You’ll teach classes and private sessions while also helping to oversee the studio's schedule, team, and client service.
Responsibilities
- Lead inspiring, safe, and effective Pilates classes (Reformer)
- Deliver personalised private sessions tailored to individual needs
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment for clients
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations including scheduling, class bookings, and cleanliness
- Support or lead team management, including instructor scheduling and onboarding
- Ensure smooth client experience – from enquiries to bookings to follow-ups
- Handle admin tasks: responding to emails, managing software (e.g. Gymcatch, Mindbody), stock orders
- Liaise with social and marketing team for studio events and enquiries.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Certified Pilates Instructor (Matwork and Reformer essential)
- 2+ years of teaching experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A team player with leadership confidence
- First Aid certification and insurance (if freelance)
Desirable:
- Experience managing or coordinating a fitness or wellness studio
- Familiarity with scheduling/booking platforms (bsport, Gymcatch, Mindbody, etc.)
- Pre/post-natal or rehab Pilates qualifications a bonus
- Sales or marketing experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
