Summary
As a Swimming Teacher delivering private one-to-one lessons and school sessions, you’ll help learners build their swimming skills. Your impact: clear, supportive instruction helps learners develop confidence and swim more safely.
Responsibilities
- Teach swimming in private one-to-one lessons and school sessions.
- Adapt instruction to learners’ needs and abilities.
- Demonstrate swimming skills and explain techniques clearly.
- Encourage learners as they practise and develop their abilities.
- Support participation in Everyone Active’s swimming programmes.
- Qualifications
- Teaching skills relevant to delivering swimming instruction.
- Preferred: sports coaching experience.
- Ability to explain techniques clearly to learners.
- Ability to adapt your approach to different learners.
- A supportive approach to helping people practise and improve.
