Full time, 40 hours per week. £14.15ph, Working hours between 10:00 and 20:00

We’re looking for a Chef, to be responsible for the safe, clean and hygienic preparation and cooking of all made to order and event food. Under the direction of the Lead Chef, you will prepare all menu items to the agreed specification Including portion control and presentation.

How will you help your community?
- Under the direction of the Lead Chef, lead and improve the delivery and profitability of our food offering at Ice Sheffield.
- Be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as needed to support the overall success of the venue and Its services.
- Be focused, and help the kitchen team deliver excellent café, events and hospitality catering.

- Ensure that all food and drink operations are run in full compliance with all relevant legislation.
What do you need?
- Proven Chef experience, ideally gained in a leisure environment.
- Having the ability to combine a hands-on approach with a calm and focused mindset.
- A flexible approach - this role includes working days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Based at Ice Sheffield, with occasional flexibility to support at other EA Sheffield venues.
- Ideally a level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
