Everyone Active and Dive London Aquatics Club are seeking an accomplished Head Diving Coach to lead our programme at one of the world’s most recognised aquatic venues. In this role, you will take responsibility for the Dive London squads, guiding athletes at every stage of their development and accompanying them to competitions. You will also organise TDC sessions and play a central part in driving squad growth, including oversight of our Talent Identification programmes, helping us to identify and nurture the athletes of the future.
Your remit will extend beyond the competitive pathway. You will oversee our diving lessons and help promote grass roots sessions, welcoming new participants to the sport and building a strong foundation for the club.
You will also work closely with the Aquatics GB High Performance Centre, maintaining and strengthening a valued partnership that supports athletes throughout their journey. How will you help your community?
- Be passionate in managing the delivery of dive lessons and squads to people of all ages and abilities
- Oversee and motivate a team of dive coaches to maintain quality programme
- Maintain a balanced pool timetable to meet the needs of a variety of users
- Be able to lead diving lessons for all ages and abilities
- Be focused on delivering quality coaching and excellent customer service standards
What do you need?
- A flexible approach - this role includes working days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Hold minimum of Swim England Diving Coach qualification (or equivalent)
- A DBS Check and Safeguarding Qualification (we’ll sort this before you start)
