Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor to inspire members on their fitness journeys. In this role, you will deliver engaging training sessions, provide expert guidance on exercise techniques, and foster a positive environment that motivates individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their health goals. Duties
- Design personalized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and goals
- Lead engaging group fitness classes and one-on-one training sessions
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, ensuring safety and effectiveness
- Motivate clients by tracking progress and celebrating milestones
- Provide advice on nutrition, injury prevention, and overall wellness
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment
- Stay informed about the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications
Experience
- Proven sports coaching experience or background in physical activity instruction
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate others
- Knowledge of human anatomy and exercise science to develop safe training programs
- Experience working with diverse age groups and fitness levels is preferred
- Certification in personal training or relevant fitness qualifications is advantageous
