Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to join our team at Everyone Active based at Eastwood Leisure Centre you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our members while promoting a fun and healthy environment.
Responsibilities

Monitor swimming areas to ensure safety and enforce pool rules.
Respond promptly to emergencies and administer first aid when necessary.
Conduct regular safety checks of pool equipment and facilities.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and safety checks.
Provide excellent customer service to all visitors.
Promote health and safety policies within the centre.
Support the delivery of swimming lessons and water-based activities.
Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of safety and service.
Qualifications
Valid lifeguard certification (e.g., RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification).
First aid certification.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of compliance management related to health and safety regulations.
Enthusiasm for promoting active lifestyles.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
