Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to lead our spa operations at one of our vibrant leisure centres in Hampshire. Based in Alton, this role is vital in delivering exceptional wellness experiences that align with our mission to promote active lifestyles and community health.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the spa team to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage bookings, appointments, and client relationships effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Develop promotional strategies to increase spa membership and revenue.
- Collaborate with other centre departments to deliver integrated health and wellness programs.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends to continually enhance service offerings.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in spa management or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards relevant to spa operations.
- Ability to develop marketing strategies for wellness services.
- Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy or spa management are preferred.
- Experience with booking systems and financial reporting tools.
