Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Aquatics Administrator to join our team in Pool in The Park. Based in our vibrant leisure centers, this role is vital in supporting our mission to foster active and healthy communities. The Aquatics Administrator will ensure smooth operations of our swimming programs and related activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks related to aquatics programs and facilities.
- Coordinate schedules for swimming lessons, lifeguard shifts, and special events.
- Maintain accurate records of memberships, bookings, and attendance.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and visitors.
- Support staff with administrative needs using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Assist in the promotion of aquatics programs through internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle inquiries via phone and email professionally.
- Qualifications - Perferable to have a SEQ Level 2 Swim Teaching
- Proven experience in office administration or similar roles within leisure or community services.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not essential.
- Previous experience working in a busy leisure center environment is preferred.
