Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to join our team at Everyone Active in the United Kingdom. Based in Pool in the Park Woking, this role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure centres and delivering exceptional service to our members. As a Duty Manager, you will play a key part in supporting our mission to promote active lifestyles.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the leisure centre to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Lead and motivate staff to maintain high standards of guest experience.
- Manage bookings, memberships, and facility schedules efficiently.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote centre activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and equipment standards.
- Assist in staff training and development.
- Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a leisure or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to leisure facilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Preferred: Experience with facility bookings systems.
- Nice-to-have: First aid certification.
