We are seeking a German-speaking Credit Controller to support our recent expansion in the DACH region.You'llmanage cash collection across both our member (B2C) and trade (B2B) business, working autonomously while collaborating with teams across the organization.
ThisIs What Your Role Looks Like
As Credit Controller for the DACH region,you'llbe the go-to financial expert for credit management and collections.You'lldive into member datasets to spot trends, build relationships with franchisees to ensure smooth payment flows, and support the integration of new clubs.
You'llwork closely with colleagues from Marketing, IT, Customer Support, and external partners. Whetherit'sresolving member queries or transitioning our franchise model,you'llhave the autonomy to assess issues, create solutions, and drive them to completion.
