The Works
As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of performance, culture and guest experience within one of our West Coast venues. This is a high-energy, high-standards environment and you will be at the centre of it all.
You will lead from the front, creating a workplace where people feel valued, standards are non-negotiable and hospitality feels effortless. You will set the tone for your venue, driving commercial performance while building a strong, engaged team aligned with Buzzworks values.
