Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, safe, and effective Pilates classes using reformer equipment and Mat, tailored to clients of varying fitness levels. This role offers an opportunity to inspire clients on their fitness journey while fostering a supportive and motivating environment. Applicants should possess a strong background in Fitness coaching and teaching, with a solid understanding of human anatomy to ensure safe and effective instruction.

Duties
- Lead 1-2-1 Pilates sessions, demonstrating exercises clearly and providing modifications as needed
- Ensure all clients perform movements safely, offering personalised guidance and corrections
- Develop customised workout plans to meet individual client goals and abilities
- Monitor client progress and provide feedback to support their development
- Maintain equipment, ensuring it is clean, functional, and safe for use at all times
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages client retention and satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques and industry best practices through continuous professional development
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including sanitisation protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Fitness coaching or fitness instruction, specialising in Pilates.
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse client groups
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy relevant to Pilates exercises and injury prevention
- Certification in Pilates instruction recognised by relevant professional bodies is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Organised with the ability to plan sessions effectively and adapt to individual needs
- Passionate about promoting health, wellness, and positive lifestyle habits
