Ready to take your passion for fitness and people to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a motivated, ambitious, get-things-done kind of person, to step into the role of Assistant Club Manager — a key player at the heart of our club.
As our Assistant Club Manager, you’ll help lead a dynamic team of Sales Advisors, Receptionists, Personal Trainers, and Cleaning Superstars, making sure the club runs smoothly, feels welcoming, and stays sparkling. You’ll support the Club Manager in smashing business KPIs while creating a community space our members love walking into.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and inspire the team when the Club Manager is away
- Plan and deliver sales strategies to make sure KPIs aren’t just met — they’re conquered
- Keep the club in top-tier condition, ensuring equipment is safe, clean, and ready for action
- Support with all day-to-day club operations
- Generate new leads and memberships by building rapport, understanding prospective member needs, and handling objections with confidence
- Drive outreach and community engagement to boost brand awareness
- Complete all essential Health & Safety checks
- Build an amazing club atmosphere where members feel right at home
About You
- Experience in fitness is a big plus
- Sales and/or marketing background? Even better
- A genuine passion for fitness (non-negotiable!)
- Target driven with a positive, can-do attitude
- Friendly, approachable, and confident with communication
- Experience leading people is desired
- Able to work weekends and evenings (on a rota basis)
