What We Need From You:
- Leadership: Proven experience leading a manufacturing site with broad oversight (Production, Supply Chain, Commercial, HR).
- People First: Experience managing diverse, multinational teams is essential. You must be a visible leader who walks the floor, while retaining a strategic focus.
- Strategic Balance: The ability to respect the company's successful history while firmly guiding it toward a modern future.
Your Rewards:
- Salary: £85,000 - £90,000.
