Three Six Pilates is a premium Reformer Pilates studio in the heart of Royal Wharf, known for its calm, minimalist design and strong community-driven atmosphere. We’re expanding our teaching team and are selectively hiring two experienced Reformer Pilates instructors who care deeply about both the craft of Pilates and the client experience.
What we’re looking for
- Immediate start
- Fully qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor (minimum Level 3 or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year teaching experience in a studio setting
- Confident leading small group classes (up to 9 reformers)
- Strong understanding of anatomy, technique, and intelligent programming
- Professional, reliable, and genuinely community-focused
- Comfortable working independently and maintaining high studio standards
We’re particularly interested in instructors who take pride in their teaching, value consistency, and understand the importance of client progression and retention in a premium studio environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, technically sound Reformer Pilates classes aligned with the Three Six Pilates style
- Provide hands-on guidance, corrections, and regressions/progressions to ensure safety and results
- Create an inclusive, welcoming, and elevated class experience
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication
- Be available for occasional cover (weekday afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends)
