Membership Sales Advisor – Anytime Fitness New Southgate
Part-Time | 20–25 hours per week
We are seeking a motivated and confident Membership Sales Advisor to join our team at Anytime Fitness New Southgate. In this role, you will engage with prospective members, promote our services, and deliver outstanding customer support. A strong sales background is required, along with a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential members and promote membership benefits
- Follow the monthly sales planner to support achievement of club KPIs
- Run group classes and maintain a clean, tidy gym environment
- Follow up on leads to convert enquiries into memberships
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle member queries professionally
- Work with the Club Manager on strategies to grow the membership base
- Participate in community outreach to promote the club
About You
- Proven sales experience with strong daily appointment and sales performance
- Confident communicator with a proactive, people-focused attitude
- Passionate about fitness and building positive member relationships
Schedule
- Rotating shifts, including some weekends
- Flexibility required

- £12.21 per hour
