We are now looking for a People Partner to join, working closely with General Managers, Heads of Department, and the wider People team to deliver the People Agenda. This is a true generalist role covering:
- Business Partnering & Insights: Coaching and consulting stakeholders, advising on HR policies, and using people data to identify trends and shape strategy.
- Talent Management: Drive feedback culture, talent planning, succession, and development initiatives in partnership with L&D and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Employee Relations: Provide trusted advice, manage ER cases end-to-end, deliver training, and anticipate issues before they arise.
- People Team Support: Contribute to projects and take initiative to ensure continuous improvement across clubs.
About You
- Experience across the full employee lifecycle and ER case management.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, balanced with emotional intelligence and sound judgement. Someone comfortable with the grey and providing advice in that.
- A collaborative style, able to build trust, influence, and challenge stakeholders.
- Confidence in using people data and insights to drive strategy.
- A growth mindset, someone comfortable to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement, enabling us to get better as we get bigger.
