Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness, with expertise in both Reformer and Mat Pilates. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire clients through innovative program design and personalized instruction, fostering a supportive environment focused on health, wellness, and functional movement.

Duties
- Lead engaging Reformer Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels and client needs
- Design and modify workout programs that incorporate principles of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics
- Educate clients on proper form and technique to maximize benefits and prevent injuries
- Foster a motivating environment that encourages client retention and wellness goals achievement
- Promote fitness programs and services to enhance member engagement and support fitness sales efforts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio environment in accordance with health club standards
- Stay current with industry trends and continue professional development through certifications or workshops
Requirements
- Proven experience in group fitness instruction with vast experience in Reformer and Mat Pilates
- Knowledge of Pilates reformer equipment and program design techniques
- Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and health sciences
- Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of clients
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
- Certification in both Reformer and Mat Pilates instruction is compulsory; relevant certifications in yoga, personal training, or group fitness are a plus
- Passion for health and wellness with a commitment to client safety and success
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: £35.00-£50.00 per hour
