PROFIT SHARE | Our BrewDog Bars now share 10% of their profits with our fantastic crew. We’re setting the bar high for the hospitality industry and giving you even more reasons to do an amazing job.
SAFE RIDE HOME | We want to make sure you get home safe after a hard shift. That’s why we contribute £5 to your pay-check to help you get home safely after midnight. This is open to all our bar crew.
BEER TRAINING | We love beer and we want you to love beer too, so we’ll support you through the internationally-recognised Cicerone qualifications, so you can love it almost as much as we do. You also get to try loads of beer… tough job right.

4-WEEK SABBATICAL | After every 5 years here you will receive an additional 4 weeks off to spend it doing whatever you want.

About The Role
BREWDOG BASINGSTOKE ARE ON THE HUNT FOR A GENERAL MANAGER!
Our bars are the heart of what we do - they bring our beer, our people, and our passion together under one roof. We want someone who can take ownership of the site, drive sales, and make sure every guest leaves loving BrewDog as much as we do.
As General Manager, you’ll run the show day-to-day: leading from the front, setting high standards, and building a team that’s motivated, skilled, and genuinely enjoys what they do. You’ll be focused on great service, operational excellence, and hitting your targets - but just as importantly, on creating a positive, inclusive place to work.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a busy environment and knows how to balance people, product, and profit. You’ll manage everything from crew training and performance to stock, safety, and P&L. We’ll look to you to build local relationships, engage your community, and make BrewDog Basingstoke a place people talk about for the right reasons.
About You
You’re a leader who loves to make things happen and believes in creating memorable experiences for both guests and crew. You will have:
- At least 5 years’ experience leading teams in hospitality or retail
- Strong financial and operational understanding
- Skilled at motivating and developing teams
- A genuine passion for great beer and brilliant service
