Responsibilities

- Resolve customer complaints by identifying the root cause and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within Salesforce for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
- Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services sector.
