You will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and family-friendly environment for all visitors to our brand-new AirXtreme indoor inflatable and to the newly refurbished Horizon Softplay.

What does the role involve?
A hands-on role that requires you to:
- Ensure the safety of all visitors to AirXtreme and Horizon Softplay
- Supervise young children and adults in a safe and secure environment
- Control of entrances and exits
- To keep facilities clean and free of hazards
- Monitor the behaviour of customers
- To provide a full customer service via the catering outlet
- To comply with health and safety regulations
- Complete safety checks and records, and maintain a safe environment at all times
Skills and competencies:
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent team player
- Understanding of Health and Safety

This role will be based at Havant but will be expected to travel to other company site as the need requires.
