```Responsibilities:```
- To ensure all financial transactions are undertaken as per the cash handling guidelines and balance at the end of each shift
-To maximise food, beverage and vending sales through up-selling in a customer focus manner
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Help with receiving and storing food supplies
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist in maintaining inventory and stocking supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent cusotmer service and address any customer concerns
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
- Bartending or culinary training is a plus
