Are you an experienced fitness professional with a passion for health, wellbeing, and leadership? Park Hall Hotel and Spa, part of the prestigious Radisson Individuals brand, is seeking a proactive and motivated Gym Manager to oversee the operations of our leisure club and fitness facilities.

About the Role

As Gym Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the gym, ensuring the highest standards of safety, service, and guest satisfaction. You will lead a small team of leisure staff, drive membership engagement, and deliver an exceptional fitness experience for both hotel guests and leisure club members.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the gym and leisure facilities.
Lead, train, and motivate the leisure team to provide outstanding customer service.
Ensure health & safety standards are met, including equipment checks and compliance.
Develop and deliver fitness programmes, classes, and member engagement initiatives.
Promote memberships and support sales/marketing activities to grow the club.
Monitor budgets, performance targets, and maintain high facility standards.
Work collaboratively with the wider hotel team to enhance the guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

Level 3 Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor qualification - essential.
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a gym, leisure, or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Excellent knowledge of fitness, wellbeing, and health & safety practices.
Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport and inspire members.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
