We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Duty Manager to join our team in the leisure sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional member services. As a Duty Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that all members receive a high standard of service while maintaining the smooth functioning of the centre.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the leisure centre, ensuring all departments work harmoniously.
- Provide outstanding member services, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
- Manage human resources tasks, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the property.
- Handle administrative tasks related to operational management as required.
- Act as the main point of contact for members
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Proven track record in guest services with a strong understanding of hotel operations.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams effectively.
