About Us
The Nourishment Academy (TNA) is the UK’s fastest-growing, women-only personal training brand, with studios in Dorking and Godstone. We help women over 30 build strength, recover from injury, and improve their confidence through personal training, Pilates, and accountability.
We’re looking for a newly qualified Physiotherapist who’s excited to combine their clinical skills with movement-based rehab and small-group Pilates, in a supportive, hands-on, and community-driven environment.
This is a rare opportunity to start your physio career outside of the NHS, in a role where you’ll have the time to build relationships, follow clients through their full recovery, and work closely with a high-performing coaching team.
The Role
You’ll work with women recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic pain- assessing, creating rehab plans, feeding back to the Personal Trainers and helping them rebuild strength and mobility through Mat & Reformer Pilates.
You’ll collaborate daily with our personal trainers so rehab continues seamlessly in the gym, and you’ll have access to protected CPD time, mentorship, and the chance to develop into a senior role as the service grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat clients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions
- Design tailored rehab programmes
- Lead small-group Mat & Reformer Pilates classes (5–12 clients)
- Work alongside PTs to integrate rehab into strength training sessions

What We’re Looking For:
- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy and HCPC registration (or awaiting registration)
- Pilates certification (Mat essential, Reformer desirable – training can be provided)
- Passion for women’s health and movement
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Eager to learn, proactive, and confident working as part of a team
What We Offer:
- Full-time (with review as responsibilities grow), salaried role with pension and NI contributions
- Protected CPD time and mentorship from experienced coaches & clinicians
- Opportunity to shape a brand-new service in a growing women’s health brand
- Free on-site parking, free gym membership and staff perks
- A friendly, no-ego team environment where your growth is a priority

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
