We are looking for a Bowl Receptionist to join the team. You will be working in co-operation with the Bowl Duty Manager and the team in all aspects of the operations of the Bowling Alley. We are looking for someone to support the Duty Managers to ensure the facilities are operating within required standards of quality and customer service. You will be customer focused, and able to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)
- To support the supervisory team in the effective operation of the Bowling facilities on a day-to-day basis.
- To provide the highest standards of customer service and safety at all times in accordance with the policies, procedures and systems.
- To contribute to operating the Bowling facilities in a professional and business orientated manner, in accordance with the organisations aims and objectives.
- To assist the Bowl Duty Manager and Assistant Bowl Manager to explore business initiatives to further enhance and develop the services provided to our customers and further increase upon our facility utilisation.
- To monitor, train, supervise and ensure that standards of customer service and personal presentation are maintained
- To answer queries and deal with enquiries from members of the public about the activities offered at Spectrum Bowl and within Spectrum as a whole and to ensure that staff members receive regular briefings regarding promotions and events taking place.
- To undertake administrative responsibilities and physical operations of the Bowl or any area of the facility as part of the Bowl Receptionist role.
