We are looking for a part-time 20 hour Gym Floor Cleaner (Club Attendant) - a crucial role to the everyday running of the club and we are on the hunt for individuals who are driven to achieve the best standards and deliver excellent customer service.
It is essential that you enjoy working as part of a team, have great communication skills and have a flexible approach.
Your main structure of work will be ensuring the gym floor and studios are cleaned and maintained to a high standard. It is also essential you will be delivering great customer service to our members and carry out regular maintenance checks.
What does the role involve?
· 20 hours per week available - likely to be 4x5 hour shifts - Pay in relation to age
· To ensure the gym floor, studios and all equipment in the Club are cleaned to a high standard exceeding member’s expectations
· To check for defects in gym area, Studios and surrounding areas and report any faults to the club management team
· To communicate effectively with members to maintain a high standard of customer care and service quality
· To support the entire club when necessary, including: covering reception and lifeguard duties (all essential training will be given)
· To undertake any other cleaning tasks as required by the Club cleaning schedule as reasonably requested by the management team
