What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading exceptional Reformer and Mat Pilates classes, designed for all levels and focused on results, form, and fun.
- Overseeing class programming and training across the team — ensuring consistency, creativity, and world-class quality.
- Collaborating with management on exciting events, retreats, and workshops, representing the Truform brand across the UK and beyond.
- Mentoring junior instructors, supporting their growth and contributing to a thriving team culture.
- Keeping the studio inspiring, safe, clean, and Instagram-worthy — always.
- Creating real connections with our vibrant Truform community.
What We’re Looking For
- Certified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates (Body Control, BASI, STOTT, Polestar, or similar).
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience (bonus points for leadership or team management!).
- A confident, positive leader with exceptional communication skills.
- Deep passion for Pilates, client transformation, and team collaboration.
- Proactive, reliable, organised — and seriously energetic.
