The ideal candidate will be professional in the payment industry, self -motivated, solution-oriented, and possess excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team and collaborate with leadership to grow the local business while meeting regulatory requirements.
- Develop strategies and business plans with partners and execute against metrics and milestones to drive growth and revenue.
- Work with various internal teams and stakeholders to materialize the business opportunities and see through full implementation.
- Own P&L, and manage budget spending efficiently.
- Employee performance management and comprehensive people management including hiring, training, developing, retaining.
- Ready and able to communicate professionally with regulators.
- Manage cross-country and cross-department collaboration to build consistent standards and framework.
Key Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or above with over 8 years’ experience in the payments industry, with a focus on business development and partnership management.
- Payment industry experience preferred.
- Experience scaling a start up
- Creative, flexible, and solution-oriented.
- Ability to quickly synthesize complex ideas, align them with business priorities, and devise actionable strategies to accomplish goals.
- Excellent in stakeholder management and cross-functional project management.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication and presentation skills; successful cross -cultural communication experience is a plus.
